    Questa è una casa con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno che può ospitare comodamente 4 persone. Ottimo per un gruppo di amici o una piccola famiglia. È anche ideale per una vacanza di coppia a un prezzo speciale. Situato sulla collina che domina la vista dominante sulla baia di Monterey; questa unità si trova in un complesso tranquillo e generalmente privato. Questo noleggio a livello singolo è ben arredato, curato e completamente arredato.

    Una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con vista sull'oceano e una TV con DVD. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e una vista sulla piscina complessa. Entrambe le camere hanno porte private per il bagno, che è arredato con una vasca da bagno.

    Si entra in un luminoso soggiorno con ampie vedute della baia e della famosa nave di cemento. C'è anche un camino a gas e TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD. Per vedere meglio le viste, puoi salire sul ponte privato situato proprio accanto al soggiorno. Qui avrai a disposizione un barbecue e posti a sedere all'aperto. Avrai accesso alla piscina e avrai 2 parcheggi privati fuori strada. La casa dispone di lavatrice e asciugatrice.

    Si tratta di una breve passeggiata per la famosa "10 Mile Beach" La casa si trova vicino a una gastronomia ben nota (Pixie Deli), caffetteria, minimarket e ristorante di fascia alta (Cafe Rio). Sei anche a meno di 3 km da negozi di alimentari, ristoranti, cinema, distributori di benzina, campo da golf, campo da tennis e molto altro!

Great ocean views with easy access to the pool and parking. We loved the large outdoor space with lots of seating and even a grill. Great central location to head out to easily head out to Monterey/Carmel or Santa Cruz. Easy check in and the rental office was super responsive and close by.

We stayed at this condo in August and the highlight was definitely the view — absolutely stunning! We were lucky enough to see whales right from the balcony, which made the trip unforgettable. The location was convenient, and overall the space had good potential for a relaxing getaway.That said, there were some drawbacks. The condo didn’t provide beach towels or boogie boards, which would have been a nice touch considering the setting. The bigger issue was that we noticed mold in the bathroom, which was disappointing and made the space feel less clean than we would have liked.If the owners address the bathroom issue and add some basic amenities for beach use, this could easily be a five-star spot. As it stands, the views are amazing, but the details could use some attention.

See fabulous ocean sunsets from this condo!

This 2 bedroom condo was comfortable and clean, and had a very well equipped kitchen with lots of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, and even baking sheets. It is up on a hill, and the ocean views are fabulous. One can sit at the dining table and watch the sun set over the ocean, which I did on several evenings. I loved hearing the sounds of the ocean waves from the bedroom I slept in. There is one dedicated parking space very close to the condo. The property managers were very friendly and responsive when I needed some help figuring out how to get the gas fireplace going, which was nice as it can get a bit chilly in Aptos in Jan. There is a washer and dryer in the condo, also, which I used. I loved my stay here!

We spent most of our time gazing at the ocean and beach. We saw 4 dolphins and a hawk landed on the bannister right in front of us. The kitchen and bath could use some updating. Small pool right near the condo. Parking covered right nearby. Very well supplied kitchen. Bring your own condiments.
