“Clean room and building. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. I only had breakfast and dinner for almost a week. It was very quiet and relaxing ... it is not the season yet though. Very convenient parking solution. We paid in advance and when you approach the gate, the number of your car is automatically recognized, and the gate opens automatically. We loved it! BIH THANK YOU!!!”

“Everythibg was perfect , the housekeepers clean our room daily, a lot of food in every meal , the location is perfect (directly on the beach ) , the pool was clean and perfect , the Area very quit and silent . The only thing that is not ok is the fact that they worked on mentanace of a room NexT to our room 2 days between 13-16 o clock wich I was unable to sleep , but I stayed at the pool ☺️ The staff amazing.”

Direkt am Strand, frisch renovierte Zimmer mit Meerblick, täglich geputzt (Laptop, Geld ... - alles auf Zimmer, teilweise unversteckt ohne dass irgendwas verschwindet), super lecker gekochtes Essen - abwechslungsreich mit frischem Gemüse und Fisch und Fleisch etc., super nettes und entgegenkommendes Personal - kein Nein, man konnte Essen und Getränke aufs Zimmer oder zum Strand mitnehmen, wie man will - sehr praktisch in Zeiten des COVID-19, dazu tragen alle...

“Séjour de 10 jours en famille, hôtel très confortable, bonne situation géographique, plage resto bar boutique etc.... propreté irréprochable, équipe d animation au TOP, merci à eux de nous avoir fait passer de superbe vacances..... le seul petit bémol, nourriture basique et toujours la même.....! “Senelerdir Albena da kongreye katıldığımızdan bu sene ekonomik olması dolayısıyla Kompası seçtik tepede bir otel olduğundan yürüme açısından sıkıntı yaratmakta. albenadaki diğer otellere kıyasla temizliğe nerede ise hiç önem verilmemekte, çarşaflar 4 gün sonunda değiştirildi, havlular keza öyle , yerleri silmeği temizlik olarak algıyan bir yçnetim var. restrantda tüm tabaklar bardaklar yumurta kokuyordu, bulaşık yıkanmasıda bir sorun diye düşünüyorum. “Overall a pretty decent hotel and for the price the whole package was 8/10. My notes would be- 1- staff- pretty rude and unhelpful on the whole and mostly dont speak any english. 2- food- reasonable but they seem to have some obsession with boiled chicken wings. Generally acceptable though. 3-room- clean and comfy. 4- location- good with easy access to their own beach. The thing that really bothers me is the plastic glasses.
