3-room apartment located in the Fleur’Alpes residence, 320 metres from the main gondola lift and ski school meeting points, and 350 metres from the centre of Les Carroz resort. With a surface area of 48 m², the apartment is situated on the third floor (no lift) and features a south-facing balcony.

The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people. It includes a living room with a double sofa bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is a shower room with WC.

The kitchenette is equipped with four electric hobs, an oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. A flat-screen TV is provided.
