Our hotel has been partially refurbished and we will continue this process in the coming years. It is difficult and sometimes even impossible to transform a building that dates back to 90''into a 100% modern hotel. Our hotel does not have air conditioning but a centralized air conditioning system that works on heating or cooling (not simultaneously) depending on the season. Thus, the room thermostats can adjust the temperature: warmer/less warm when the air conditioning works on warm air, or cooler/less cold when the air conditioning works on cold air. We are aware of this unpleasant situation and are looking for technical solutions for the existing equipment. Regarding the cleaning, The Housekeeping Department is looking for solutions to clean rooms more efficiently and avoid situations like the one you described. Even though you probably won't be coming back to us, thank you for your feedback. We will try to improve our service continuously.
