“We had a great time staying in this location. The view of the volcano is so nice, and the yard is beautifully landscaped. Being so close to the highway, you can sometimes hear a bit of traffic, but it wasn't too bad. Having Soda La Palma next door was great! We ate there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We stayed all over Costa Rica during our 12 day trip, and one of the highlights was the chilera served with the empanadas. The garden behind the soda is beautiful and my daughter loved Balu...

“This is a truly a magical place. It is close enough to the Arenal touristy area but private and tucked away in nature. You will not only be in clouds but also above the clouds sometimes and hear the rain below!The one thing people might note is that the road to this place is not fully paved. So the access is a bit bumpy. But if you are truly looking for a remote place it comes with the package. The host is super responsive and helpful.
