Location ideal for Hobbiton and Sanctuary Mountain. Accomodation itself simple and comfortable, clean, equipped kitchen, spa nice, great communication with host and clear instructions. Overall a great stay for our family of four.

Room spotless all ok EXCEPT I wandered down to have dinner in your restaurant but couldn't handle the loud dreadful music. So I went to Hanoi Boy around the corner !

The place was overall great quality and as advertised. We had access to good shower/toilet bathrooms next door. The only problems were the stove top only worked at full temp so we had to use the communal kitchen, and the tree scraping on the side of the building (cabin 7) kept us awake all 3 nights ...
