“Our fist visit to Montrose. Lovely hotel which met all our needs in terms of friendliness, cleanliness, amenities and location. We had a very plentiful, tasty breakfast. Great atmosphere in the evening when there was a live band and a busy function suite. Have already recommended this hotel and this town to friends.”

“We were happy to see that there was a restaurant and bar on the premises when we arrived as we were tired and it was raining. The food was good and fresh. The rooms are spacious but plain. The shower worked fine. The bathroom could use a shelf or cabinet to put your stuff on. There was a coffee and teas station.
