Villa well connected in the NATURAL PARK of MONTSENY and near the COSTA BRAVA

Two-storey house situated in the village of Arbúcies in a quiet area just 5 minutes walk from the Natural Park of Montseny and near the COSTA BRAVA.
THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING.
Private garden with available garden furniture and barbecue, PRIVATE POOL.
Inside it has two bathrooms and 5 bedrooms with a capacity of 6 - 9 people. Is well equipped with everything necessary for the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.

RATES CHANGE ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE. The minimum rate is for 6 people, the 3 large double rooms are prepared; 4 rooms are enabled for 7 and 8 people; and 5 rooms are enabled for 9 people. If someone wants all the rooms available, they must book for the full capacity.

Wireless Internet ADSL modem INCLUDED. It is ideal for a summer vacation near THE BEACH but to escape the hustle night Coast areas and into the tranquility in a mountain location. The village of Arbúcies has good services: supermarket, gym, restaurants, bars and cafes. A 10 'drive away is a park where they can spend moments of acrobatic adventures in the woods mounted. For lovers of the city are situated between the two tourist cities in Catalonia: Gerona just ½ hour to 1 hour and Barcelona.

Très chouette villa, propre bien équipée, airco, piscine bien orientée, machine à laver, cuisine complète, 2 sdb 4 chambres. Et surtout au calme de un petit village à 30 min de la plage .. proprio très sympatique et disponnible. Pensez a prendre votre VTT

Great house

We are a family of 6 and we enjoyed our stay in Arbucies. The garden and pool were real highlights for us, as well as easy day trips to Barcelona and the beaches of the Costa Brava.

Lovely house close to beautiful forest

We had a fabulous week here hanging out by the pool and heading into the nearby forest. The kids loved the playground there and also scrambling over the boulders in the river. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it

Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location

Villa Teresa is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and had all the amenities needed for a two week holiday. The bottle of wine, water and soft drink in the fridge on arrival was a pleasant surprise and gratefully received. Francesca is a wonderful host and was always on hand with Cesca (great English translator) to help with any questions (i.e. parking in Barcelona etc). The pool was fantastic and the area very peaceful. Arbucies is a lovely village with local walks/bike routes but also very accessible to the main route to Girona/Barcelona. We loved all the different seating areas in the garden and sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine in the evening. Perfect in every way and we look forward to returning.

Solides und ordentliches Haus mit einigem Komfort

Das Haus hat alle Versprechungen aus der Text der Beschreibung halten können, ansonsten wäre die sehr freundliche Vermieterin sicherlich immer ansprechbar gewesen. Der Ort Arbucies ist nicht touristisch geprägt, vielleicht waren alle Einheimischen mit denen wir zu tun hatten auch deshalb so freundlich. Es gibt alle nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants, unter anderem schräg gegenüber ein Haus mit einem Stern von Michellin. Wenn es es in Frühjahr oder Herbst nicht ganz so warm ist, sind Wanderungen und Radtouren sicherlich reizvoll.

A great place to stay for a group of friends or family

Away from the hustle of beaches, the villa is set in a small town in the foot hills of the Pyrenees. 100 metres from the house you can get to some fabulous walks a long the river valley or you can travel by car into the national park. Plenty of good resturants are also in walking distance. The house was clean and had most of the amenities that were needed for 6 people and the outside seating area and pool was great. The only thing missing were the basics for cooking, such as herbs, oils and spices etc but otherw ise we had a great time there.
