Located in the sought-after residential neighborhood of Péreire, 200m from all shops (Allée de la Chapelle) and 1300m from Arcachon town center, this 40m² one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a seafront residence with elevator and direct beach access. This apartment features:
- Entrance hall, living room with sofa bed (140x190), dining area, TV, and a 30m² south-facing terrace with furniture overlooking the garden.
- Open-plan kitchen with induction hob, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
- Bedroom with two double beds (2 x 90cm).
- Bathroom/toilet. Independent

or by bike through 220 km of cycle paths that surround the Arcachon basin, visit the coast to the PILAT dune.
-The bus tour (July and August) or the little tourist train (April to October) will allow you to discover the city.
-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing.
- Horse riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.
End of stay cleaning is included.
