We propose to you to the rent, in Arcachon, this spacious apartment of a surface of 44m ² being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 19 m², equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. It has the advantage of being crossing with 2 balconies, one exposed south and the other north, for a time of rest or for your meals. 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation comprises:

Ideally located, you will enjoy all the attractions of the city. Discover the spectacular district of the Ville d'Hiver with its superb houses from the beginning of the century, its park and its belvedere with a breathtaking view on the Basin!
Let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, rather towards the port of La Teste, or Gujan, or at the market of Arcachon.
If you feel like taking to the open sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers pier to Cap Ferret, the Bird Island or the famous "cabanes tchanquées"!
Descent of the Leyre, at the ornithological park of Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, the ride is sublime!

- Typical market of La Teste on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday... The market halls, but also many market gardeners outside, organic production, cheese from the Pyrenees, confits, foie gras, shoes, clothes etc., the atmosphere is guaranteed!

- You will be able to park directly on the parking space assigned to the apartment. The gate and the entrance are in the parallel street behind the residence.

- Nearest train station: Arcachon at 8 minutes by car, Bordeaux at 1h03 by car
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux about 54 minutes by car
