Right in the heart of Le Moulleau, on the edge of the Pyla, and just 200 metres from the beach, you’ll find everything you need for a wonderful stay. Cocoonr Agency is offering this air-conditioned flat on the second floor (with lift access), complete with a parking space; shops, restaurants and the beach are all right on your doorstep… You’ll be welcomed on arrival by our team, who will hand over the keys and be happy to advise you on everything there is to see and do in our beautiful region. Make yourselves comfortable and enjoy your stay in the Arcachon Basin!

Layout of the flat:

- Lovely living room with a dining table and four chairs, a floor-to-ceiling window opening onto the 10m² terrace, facing east/south-east, and four rattan armchairs to enjoy the sun from 2 pm until aperitif time!
- A sofa bed that converts into a 160/200 bed, with a sea view. Bunk beds in the hallway, with the option of privacy provided by a partition. 4* hotel-quality bed linen and towels are provided, along with bath mats and tea towels. Your beds will be made up on arrival.
- Open-plan kitchen area with induction hobs, top-mounted fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. To get your stay off to a good start, we provide a few coffee capsules, various types of tea, sugar, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil, kitchen roll, toilet paper and shower gel
- In the hallway, a bunk bed with storage drawers,

It’s hard to choose from the multitude of activities on offer in the Arcachon Basin.
You can enjoy all its attractions, including exploring the spectacular Ville d’Hiver district with its superb fin-de-siècle houses, its park and its viewpoint offering breathtaking views over the Basin. At lunchtime, treat yourself to some oysters at one of the Bassin’s oyster ports: the port of La Teste awaits you with its famous huts, or Gujan, at the market in La Teste of course, or Arcachon (make sure you bring a container if you’d like them opened for you, and don’t go too late if you want this service), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla. If you fancy heading out to sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Île aux Oiseaux and the famous stilted huts. Shuttles depart in summer from the Moulleau jetty (check the tide times...). The Banc d’Arguin, crystal-clear water – paradise on earth! Paddle down the Leyre River to the Teich Bird Park – choose to be accompanied by a guide or go it alone in your kayak. Numerous cycle paths will take you to Arcachon and, on the other side, all the way to the Dune du Pyla.
