Enjoy a stylish, newly renovated apartment in the heart of the Moulleau district, just steps from the beach and the Moulleau ferry terminal, and close to restaurants and shops. Its private parking space within the residence allows you to park your car and get around everywhere on foot or by bike. Its quiet balcony within the residence provides a relaxing and convivial setting. Linens are not included except for bath mats and dish towels; you can either rent them from me or bring your own. You are not required to rent all the linens for the entire apartment; each tenant uses them as they see fit. We can also provide you with a travel cot with a mattress and a high chair (please remember to request them at least 48 hours before your arrival). Your coffee maker is a Senseo. A starter pack is provided: sponge, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per toilet, two dishwasher tablets, a laundry pod, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. You can store your bicycles in the residence's parking lot; it is also possible to rent them from our partner provider and benefit from a promotional code. All this information will be sent to you once the booking is complete. The Villas au Paradis concierge service will be at your disposal for your arrival and departure, and above all to assist you throughout your stay: grocery shopping, activity and restaurant reservations, babysitting, boat trips, private driver, private chef...
