Les Cinq Balcons d'Arcachon – Antarès is a spacious 108 m² apartment, recently renovated, with a panoramic view of the Arcachon Bay.

Located in the hyper-center, a stone's throw from the beach, shops and restaurants, it is ideal for a stay with family or friends for up to 6 people. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining room with a view of the pool, a comfortable living room, reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an elevator and a secure private parking space.

The apartment has two bedrooms with a 160 cm double bed, one of which has a view of the pool and an office area, as well as a third bedroom with two single beds. The open kitchen and dining room are one of the highlights of the accommodation, with a beautiful view of the Arcachon basin.

You also have a bathroom with double sink, a shower with integrated seat, two separate toilets, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, electric blinds and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Linen is provided and end-of-stay cleaning is included.

Travelers have access to the entire apartment, balconies/terraces, as well as a private and secure parking space in the residence. Access to the parking lot may require some maneuvers with a large vehicle, but is still passable. The maximum height of access to the parking lot is 1.90 m.

The accommodations are non-smoking. Parties and parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. The maximum capacity is 6 guests.

Please respect the peace and quiet of the residence, especially in the evening and at night. The accommodation has balconies and terraces; as always with young children, supervision is recommended when using them.
