“Room was dirty. Mold in bathroom vents. Walls in room and bathroom and hanging wall art stained. Headboards on bed stained. Soap dispenser in bathroom coming unscrewed from wall. Tub floor and walls dirty and soap dispensers in showers dirty. Arrived to find out what was booked was one bed but by receipt clearly said two.
