Buongiorno Arcadia -Lake Michigan-Pet ok

L'esperienza Lago Michigan come non avete mai prima in questa cabina caratteristico nascosto nei boschi sulle miglia di incontaminata lago Michigan. Immaginate di svegliarvi la mattina al suono del lago Michigan, il richiamo degli uccelli, l'aria fresca e pulita ... ahhh la vita buona. Buongiorno Arcadia è piccola ma accogliente offre alloggio. Molto tranquillo e posizione privata. Si tratta di un Sabato - Sabato noleggio per prime settimane estive. Soggiorni brevi sono disponibili durante le stagioni non di punta.
Alcune scale fino al livello principale della casa. Si affaccia ad ovest per i tramonti mozzafiato. 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno. Consente fino a 5 persone. Sabato-sabato nei primi mesi estivi. Vicino a Camp Arcadia. Frankfort è a 10 miglia di distanza.

Entrambe le camere hanno letti queen size. 1 materasso ad aria Cucina completa (senza lavastoviglie). 1 delle camere da letto vanta una porta scorrevole a ponte per una splendida vista e il suono del lago. Cable TV schermo piatto HD / DVD / WIFI. Lavatrice / asciugatrice nel livello inferiore della lavanderia. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti. Se il tempo è un po 'troppo caldo, ci sono ventilatori per ogni stanza. Tipicamente la brezza del lago Michigan può mantenere la pelle fresca e confortevole.

Grande ponte fuori del soggiorno, con vista mozzafiato sul lago. Godetevi grigliate all'aperto sulla griglia a carbone.

I tramonti qui sono incredibili e da non perdere. I cieli notturni sono mozzafiato. Se amate il golf, Arcadia Bluffs si trova a soli 3, 5 miglia di distanza. Percorsi naturalistici, dune e una straordinaria panoramica si affacciano sono nelle vicinanze. Assicurati di esplorare le pittoresche cittadine di Arcadia, Francoforte, e Onekama. Manistee è di 23 miglia. Arcadia Beach e Veterans Memorial sono a pochi minuti dal cottage. Bello guidare a nord sulla M-22 per raggiungere le Baldy Dunes e le dune dell'orso. Non rimarrete delusi.

The only issue we had was the sink would not drain in the bathroom and there were ants in the house. The house could have been cleaner as there was dog hair in various areas of the house. The fridge was not cleaned and was quite dirty.Overall, we had a wonderful trip and will definitely come back again!

Beautiful sunsets

We have stayed at this property in the past. It is clean and very comfortable. We enjoy the wrap around deck and the fire pit. The only improvements could be new furniture on the deck. The one chair was ripped completely thru. Also, needs a new shower curtain. Was very moldy. The beds are so very comfortable. Again, was very clean. We will be back again.

Beautiful and quiet forest surroundings, sandy beach just steps from the house, and great nearby hiking at Arcadia Marsh and CS Mott Nature Preserve. Would absolutely stay here again!

5 stars for everything

The house was perfect the pictures were spot on, and the view was incredible. The cabin was nostalgic and charming. Everything looks better in person. The only complaint is the bed in one of the rooms is extremely hard but I think some people like that. Very clean and I would definitely return and keep it on my short list.

Reviewer Comments: Good Morning Arcadia is a sweet little cottage in the perfect location to enjoy short beach walks, relaxing, and stunning sunsets. There are also plenty of good trails nearby for hiking. It is generally quite and private, although this year ATVs marred the quite a few times. What you get in location, you sacrifice in aesthetics of the cottage. It is old and run down and, unfortunately, a little dirty. The kitchen is not stocked adequately so visitors might want to bring their own pots and pans for cooking. The surface of non-stick pans are flaking off and will get in the food you cook and eat. Wi-Fi is spotty. We could not get the television to work, which was okay because it was good to escape TV for a while!

It is small, it may even be a bit funky, but to us it’s perfect. Good for 3, great for 2, too small for four, this mid-century box on stilts, with many original features has the most amazing views. Wake up to the lake l, go to sleep under the stars. The lake MI views are just breathtaking. And the beach is great too. It’s comfortable and has all you need in a quaint, comfy space.

It doesn't have basic things like measuring cups, measuring spoons, small pots or pans, Wisk, casserole dish, etc. A few of the pans are worn out and just need to be thrown away. Fine if you are eating out but made it hard to cook.

Quaint,quirky, knotty pined cabin with a million dollar view.

The road through the woods worried my erudite urbanite companion from Santa Monica, but her worries quickly dissipated, at the appearance of Lake Michigan. The cottage may be a bit funky, but it was comfortable, and the location on a small bluff on the lake was spectacular. The screen door for the sliding glass door by the dining table was apparently damaged by someone attempting to pry it open. It still opens and closes, but it can’t be shut and locked. The bathroom sink drains slowly. I donated a new sauté pan and batteries for the TV remote control for future vacationers, and hopefully someday I can return. Thanks to everyone, who helped make this stay possible.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super cute & cozy. Perfect for 2 couples or a small family. Heavily wooded. Stunning Lake Michigan views, perfect private beach, night sky is breathtaking. We slept great. Kitchen has what you need, however, we treated it like a camping trip & brought along extra dish towels, soap, foil, blankets, pillows etc. Would recommend more outdoor seating as it was minimal. However we used the beach chairs that we brought. 10 miles to Onekema or Frankfort for groceries. Plenty of board games and DVD’s. We personally enjoyed the bookcase with vintage books. Would definitely stay again. Perfect spot to relax & regroup!! :) Also, surprisingly, the mosquito’s 🦟 were not bad at all, probably the freshest air I have breathed in a long time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third or fourth time staying here. We expect a rough cottage feel, which we are okay with. This time we were surprised that it was not clean. We love that the rental accepts dogs and do not mind paying the additional cleaning fee. However, we expect the cleaning fee will be used for--well, extra cleaning! We always bring sheets to cover furniture so our dogs don't get their hair everywhere. While washing the dog sheets, I flipped up the cushions to the couch so they would not jump up on it. Lots of sand and dog hair under the cushions. The floors were dirty. For example, I moved the little couch in the main living area to get at some kibble I had spilled. Wow! I'm sure the floor under it had not been cleaned in a while. I swept up beer bottle tops left by previous guests. I cleaned two of the burners on the stovetop because I did not think they were useable as I found them. The oven is filthy. The grill is filthy. I tried to clean the mold/mildew from around the bathroom sink fixtures but did not have the correct cleaning products. The toaster was broken and some lights did not work. This property needs more cleaning and general maintenance. On a positive note, the property management company was, as always, very responsive.

Absolute perfect fall weekend get away

Literally booked this the day before arrival when we realized what a warm, sunny weekend we were in store for. The cottage is absolutely perfect in every way. I just love an old cabin feel and the BEACH! The cottage had everything we needed including very strong internet (we worked a half day Friday) and really great tasting tap water (no need for bottled here)! We appreciated that this place was dog friendly, thank you for that!We spent a lot of time on the deck and beach enjoying the view. We also golfed Arcadia bluffs, hiked and biked the local trails (epic views). Tried out some local restaurants, wineries and breweries, our two favorite being Rock's Landing and 5 Shores brewing. We will DEFINATELY be back.The management company was great! Very friendly and helpful.

Stay for the view, not the amenities...

Reviewer Comments: The sliding glass doors to the patio (the main attraction to the lake view) had dog nose prints all over them; I couldn’t find windex to clean them myself. The fridge drawer had a sticky old mess caked in it. The stove burners (drip pans) had caked on sticky residue. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, couch was sagging & uncomfortable. For the price of admission, I think you could do better than hard steel chairs & the ancient kitchen table. The views & property grounds were outstanding. It was very quiet & peaceful. We didn’t have a fire as it isn’t a proper fire pit & we deemed it unsafe to do so. For $325 a night in off-peak, the amenities were very disappointing. Some serious upgrades are in order for this price point.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth stay here, and we love it. The place doesn't have a lot of amenities, but we like keeping it simple. Although need to remember a hairdryer next time! It's a perfect size for a couple, but I'm not sure where you'd put more people than that despite the second bedroom (which we usually use for our stuff since the "main" bedroom is pretty small). The living room has a loveseat and a recliner, then 4 pretty uncomfortable kitchen chairs around a small table, so I can't imagine where multiple people would lounge for an afternoon if they needed to be inside due to rain etc.. Fine with us, but might be a little close for comfort for others. The beach was there this year, although you had to scale a rope to get to it. You absolutely cannot beat the view and being able to open the door to hear the sound of the waves.
