“The staff were very personable and went out of their way to change our room. The first room was dirty, but the one we received after that had been cleaned very well. The smell of the cleaning agent was a bit overwhelming though. Everything that I saw on the property needs to be updated.”

“TV —— did not have 2 channels in the rooms (ABC and FOX). Had to go down ti\o the conference room to watch the NBA finals. Breakfast was on time and excellent. The area was kept clean and offerings were kept up so that they were never out. Had limited room service over the weekend. Only had towels replaced.”

“Very clean, well kept property. Convenient parking right outside the door. Good location to explore the area. Felt safe and secure. Air conditioning kept the room very comfortable. For the price, breakfast options would have been a nice addition. Also, a luggage rack in the room.”

“We arrived at the Budget Inn a little before midnight on a Friday night. We only stayed one night on our way to the Westerly beaches. The property and the room were clean and the staff was helpful with providing directions. It’s a secluded location with not much around or much to see, but it is clean and safe. There aren’t many amenities and very little soap, shampoo, etc. We wore shoes in the shower because although the bathroom was clean, it was clearly old and well used.”

“On the plus side, everything worked in the room (fridge, tv, microwave, lights and ac).Also, looked like it had new very basic furniture and bedding looked clean. The main problem was a stale smell which was worse if the ac was turned up. And the room really needed a thorough cleaning as the walls and doors had visible what I would call smudge marks in quite a few places which made it look generally not very clean. All in all it was ok for a couple of nights.”

“Overall, we had a good stay. However, our reservation was for three guests, but the room was prepared for only two people. We had to go to the front desk three times to request extra bedding and towels. Other than that, everything was great.”
