The house is a paradise with plenty of outdoor space where children can play and explore the countryside. This two-story home, located on an 18-hectare property, is decorated in a traditional and comfortable style, although without sacrificing comfort.

On the first floor of the house, we find 4 perfectly distributed bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, perfect for families traveling with children. It has a large closet where you can store all your belongings and a complete en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second large bedroom is equipped with 4 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On this floor we find two more bedrooms, each equipped with a large storage capacity and two single beds in each one. There is another bathroom with a bathtub for the convenience of clients.2 of the bedrooms have air-conditioning for an additional charge.

On the ground floor, a lovely hallway leads to a spacious living room and integrated dining room. You will spend unforgettable moments here sharing delicious evenings with your loved ones or taking refuge from the heat of your fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals if you love to cook. Furthermore, on this level we find the last bedroom, consisting of two single beds and a beautiful bathroom with a shower.

The property also has a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Andalusian sun. It has an outdoor barbecue and a cozy porch where you can relax.

In Salinas, 5 minutes from the house, you will find restaurants, a pharmacy and shops to cover your basic needs.
