“Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was well equiped with tea, coffee, biscuits etc. At midnight we couldn’t get to sleep in room 5 as a dog was constantly barking in the kennels at the Police office outside our room. Colin at reception immediately moved my wife and I to the opposite side of the hotel and all was well. Hotel was clean, warm and tidy and we enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning which there was plenty to choose from. I would certainly recommend it as it is...

“Cadillac Kustomz is a unique hotel with quirky design and loads of character. The rooms are individually styled, with all the necessary facilities, and are spotlessly clean. There is a diner restaurant and a bar on the premises, but we didn't get a chance to try them. The hotel is located quite a distance out from Rothesay, in Ardbeg, but it is a pleasant half hour walk along the waterfront, weather-permitting”

“Frances is such a brilliant host. I arrived to tea and freshly baked scones and a lovely chat after my 3 hour drive from Loch Ness. The shared kitchen/lounge has plenty of room for guests and my room was large and spotlessly clean. I had the opportunity to chat to other guests and in the evening a short walk took me to the Village Green where the pipe band was playing.
