“Windows were dirty and there were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The internet did not work in the two bedrooms on the bottom floor. It was hard to lock and unlock the front door. Other than that it was okay.”

“Simple studio cottage in a quiet rural area near the charming and historic town of Lismore. Convenient distance from Waterford and coastal towns, as well as more inland towns of Cahir and Cashel. Friendly host Emil provided a comprehensive list of sights for day trips, restaurants and events, and instructions for the property. Good walking trails from both cottage and Lismore.”

“We enjoyed it very much, it was quiet and cosy. The seaside is wonderful and nice for longer walks, specially the cliff walk nearby. We wanted to cook a fish soup, there was no greater pot - that was the only thing.”

“This was a lovely place for us to stay for three nights. Clean and spacious for six adults. Within walking distance of Castlemartyr's Main Streets and several shops and pubs. The property manager was very sweet and even left us a cake to welcome us.”

“The house is very spacious and bright due to big windows. And it is in a very quiet surrounding. We hardly heard anything from the neighbouring houses. The house manager was also very friendly and helpful for all our questions.”

“The house was beautiful, comfortable, and really well laid out. The internet/wifi was fast enough for streaming movies (just barely, but it was). We were grateful for the separate clothes washer and tumble dryer. Since we stayed for a month, Sarah included a weekly cleaning service, which was also very much appreciated. And of course, the nearby pub! We hope to stay here again in the future, and we recommend this home without hesitation.”

“We were very disappointed with the accommodation.it was very basic with rust and mildew around the shower and on the soap tray in the shower. Kitchen was basic and it seemed most things like the kettle were old and needed replacing. Beds quite uncomfortable and bedding well used. There was mildew on one mattress cover on part tucked under the bed. The towels were very thin and hard with big stains on some of them. Although advertised as having WiFi you could only connect standing outside and...
