Benvenuti a Charlie's Place nella splendida Sanders Island View, Lake Texoma! Sanders Island View è una delle comunità più belle del lago e sappiamo quanto sia importante il luogo per riunioni di amici e familiari. La nostra splendida posizione si trova a 1 isolato da una spiaggia sabbiosa, una rampa per le barche e una banchina di carico. Questa casa mobile vintage colorata e completamente rinnovata è di 1.000 piedi quadrati, 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Può ospitare comodamente 8 persone in letti, ma offre anche ulteriori possibilità di dormire con il divano e il materasso ad aria Queen. Goditi luoghi confortevoli dove riposare dopo una lunga giornata in acqua o semplicemente goditi la pace e la tranquillità del lago e dei dintorni. La casa è ideale per un piccolo gruppo di amici o familiari che cercano di creare ricordi duraturi sul lago. Vieni a scoprire perché siamo orgogliosi della posizione e dell'ospitalità.

didn't spend a lot of time at the property but everything was great. everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and most important of all the AC worked great.

Very clean and accessible. Close proximity to the lake and boat ramp. Room for kids to play and a great front porch to gather and socialize. We really appreciated the room to park our boats and vehicles. Connie would always answer a phone call if we needed anything! We will be back. MP

The location of this house is perfect! Clean, safe neighborhood just a few minutes to the beach. Check in was easy and the owner was very good at communicating with us! We will stay here again.

It was a wonderful little house to stay in. Quiet neighborhood and the property owner was super helpful on places to eat and live music. Definitely will return again next chance we have

Overall we liked our stay here. A word of warning: cell reception is poor and there is no wifi. In the heat, it is not walkable to the lake. I wish the sinks and bathrooms were better stocked with toiletries and hand soap.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this rental! The place was decorated so cute and it was very clean and comfy. I have never stayed at a VRBO that supplied as much as Connie and Steve did. We had a little chocolates and water bottles beside our bed when we got there. Also lots of beach towels to take out the lake. In the mornings we could drink coffee and watch hummingbirds and other birds all over the place. So peaceful and relaxing! I highly recommend this place and plan on returning!

We had a great time with our family on the 4th here. Best little community, great if u have a boat or just want to get away to a great quiet golf cart community. We beached our boat over night right down the street along with others and had a great experience with all around us. Connie made out stay great and we had all that u could need right there. She was very responsive if we had a question. We will definitely be back for another stay at Charlie's place!!!

This house was perfect for my family of 5 adults. We have a Blue Wave fishing boat and have had trouble in the past with parking. Charlie’s Place had enough room for it. It was also great because it really is close to a boat ramp that is very easy to back into. The renovations inside give it a modern feel. The AC worked and the water was hot. It was very clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will absolutely consider it again.

Looking to take the grandchildren to a little vacation before school that was close and found this place up at Lake Texoma. Everything we needed was there, quiet, and just what we needed. Fishing, swimming, games, cards on the porch. 7 year old granddaughter said “best vacation ever”. Thanks again.

We spent with another couple and Charlie's place had everything we needed. Great location for beach access, launching your boat, and it was very convenient that we were able to beach our boat each evening vs. pulling it out daily. Connie was very responsive with all my questions leading up to our stay and great to work with.
