“This hotel just got a revamp and new management The room was very clean and the staff super friendly. Room may need a microwave but there is one at reception. The new carpets are a great add on. We will come back - keep up the good work!”

“Love the convenience of Smitty’s being in the same building. Very clean facility and the beds and pillows in the main part of the hotel are very comfortable. Price was also very reasonable and we were upgraded to a better room for the same price (off season of course). ”

“My room this stay was great. Clean and comfortable with everything working as it should. Staff were friendly and so helpful. Did have one concern my first morning there had housekeeping knock on my for at eight in the morning. Was not expecting to be awakened by that. Asked housekeeping to come back in one hour. That was my only complaint on my stay. Maybe have housekeeping come after nine in the morning especially when it’s a room with guests staying more than the one night.”

“Have stayed here a couple times and always a good experience. It looks a little rough around the edges when you first arrive but the staff are all very friendly and the rooms are clean. They also come with a small kitchenette which is convenient and they have a cute little bubble tea shop in the office which I would highly recommend trying. It's great for the price you pay. ”

“Spent the weekend in Bonnyville to attend the Alberta Winter Games. The Western Budget hotel provided a great stay with excellent amenities, large clean room and very friendly and accommodating staff. We were kindly given a late checkout when requested. The prices were extremely reasonable. ”
