“Yes the room was in good condition. Our last night there, the hot water tap broke. We were very disappointed with the TV service. There were very few channels available. The staff was friendly. We were checking out on February 16 & it was about 8:30 in the morning. The office was closed so I was unable to get a printed receipt. ”

“Get told one thing and then dont honor what they tell you. We were told we could add our points when we arrived and then was told no when we got there. Then we were told if we pay for the 1st night and checked out to re-book for the 2nd night we could use our points. So we did that and then was told no because they are full house and do not accept points at the counter. Horrible staff not helpful at all. When asked to speak to the manager i was told i would get a phone call the next morning...
