“The property is a charming historic hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely as well, though it was a bit chilly to use it. We enjoyed sitting beside it. Our room was well appointed though cosy. People who enjoy a spacious room would want to specify that when booking. The restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner.”

“The hotel was very nice: rooms were well furnished and big, people working there really kind and welcoming. Bathroom was clean and beautiful, with a spacious and modern shower. The breakfast wasn't super big but cakes, jams, croissants and bread were abundant. Sadly the didn't have any veg alternative for milk, like almond or oat. ”

“Very clean, tidy apartment with strong shower. Host went above & beyond - truly. Felt very safe as solo female traveller. This old building is on a narrow foot passage = thin walls, creaky floors, and you can hear foot traffic outside easily. This has nothing to do with the host, just the nature & location of the space. Very authentic, charming, and just steps from the medieval town centre.”

The outdoor area is lovely, but in cooler weather there was limited space to relax inside. The property is ideally located to explore the region and we enjoyed our stay”
