“The room initially looked fine. But then we noticed the dirty towels and that the trash hadn’t been emptied. It took a bit to get clean towels and there seemed to be no real care about the problem.”

“What ever you do don’t use your debit card to pay. They take double the amount per night as a hold and don’t tell you upon check in. I’m still waiting for these pending 1200 to go back into my bank account to be able to use. I wish someone would have told me that I should use a credit card when paying at property everything else was good! But trapped funds is extremely inconvenient.”

“The Bookhouse is a wonderful concept! Prioritizing books, making them accessible everywhere, is delightful. There were adventurous and playful touches, including the secret hide-away on the first floor, behind a bookcase. Housing a hotel in a very old house is another terrific choice. The restoration process is clearly in progress; it's understandable that it's a long-term project. Drawbacks were largely fixable. Whatever scent is used in the house, apparent on the threshold, overwhelming...
