There was a washing machine but no washing pods left, even though when speaking to a lady in another apartment in the block (rented by Number 1) she’d been left pods. We’d been travelling for a month so needed a washing machine, which is why we’d booked this specific accommodation. Also, there are a LOT of steps up to the apartment, wasn’t a problem for us, but we met a elderly lady in the hallway who would not have been able to get to her apartment without our...

“Lovely renovated apartment in old building with the fresh market right outside your door every day. Up one floor, so not good for mobility impaired. But modern appliances, spotless, everything electric, and laundry. No dryer. I used the heated towel rack to dry my clothes and it worked nicely after rolling out excess water in a towel. Just around the corner from the historic Theatre and blocks away from the marina. Close to restaurants, shopping, and of course, ice cream. Definitely walkable. ”

“Quick communication with the host. Loved the laundry facility in the middle of our 2 week vacation. Clean apartment. Nearby parking lot was very convenient. Excellent burek one block away, across from grocery store. I will crave the cherry strudel forever.”

“Colazione varia per tutte le esigenze anche gluten free. Personale gentile, struttura centralissima ma con pochi parcheggi. C'è un parcheggio pubblico a pagamento vicino molto comodo. La stanza rispecchia quanto richiesto, era una suite a buon prezzo. L'hotel andrebbe rinnovato ma rapporto qualità prezzo e soprattutto la posizione centralissima ne fa una perla, da scegliere.”

“Great intention, disastrous execution. The apartment smells like rotten potatoes, and the smell is clearly coming from the washing machine, which is old and needs urgent replacement. Using it will make your clothes and the apartment smell like hell. The overall hygiene of the apartment leaves to be desired, specially in the bathroom, kitchen and sofa. No amenities whatsoever (soap, detergent, or kitchen basics). It's a pity because other than that the apartment is spacious and well located....

“The property smelled like smoke on arrival. The bathroom sink leaked, and the owner was informed that it was not repaired during the stay. Perhaps the fix was more complicated. The location was good and the building was quiet. The internet was weak but workable. ”
