“Appena arrivati abbiamo utilizzato i bagni in reception, trovati senza cartaigienica, serrature porte rotte e rubinetto lavandino "dondolante". In camera, lavandino intasato, segnalato alla reception ma il problema non è stato risolto, tubo doccia perdeva, piatto doccia intasato e allagava bagno, lampadina comodino bruciata, pulizia della camera molto superficiale. All'ultimo giorno anche il phon ha smesso di funzionare. Abbiamo notato anche che l'ascensore aveva il corrimano smontato e...

“I stayed there for 8 days. The food was disappointing because there was no sense of Portugal. What helped was different Themes every night, so could try some food of different countries. Due to additional restaurants or rooftop bar, before booking it is highly recommended to check the terms, I found out on arrival that I have only 1 Asian restaurant included that I can have a dinner once during my stay and no rooftop bar because my package is "only all inclusive". “The hotel was in a good location. Easy to walk to the strip. The tourist train was very local and easy to get around and see the old town. The breakfast was nice and the pool was cool but cooled you down in the hot heat weather which was needed. The was clean and the staff was friendly.”
