My refrigerator in my room was broken, no microwave, the bathroom was half cleaned along with spotty wifi which made watching TV horrible with all the freezing. “Room was very clean ”

“Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

“The woman at the front desk was friendly but when I went to my room the bed wasn’t made and the drawers weren’t shut properly. It was as if someone had to vacate quickly. I went back downstairs and the woman was not overly apologetic( does this happen often?!?) My new room had a weird smell and the bed was creaky. Overall, not the best stay at close to 200 a night. I was really disappointed in this hotel.”
