“Overall is good. The first day experience wasn’t good as they asked me to pay again my room fee. I told them I have paid when I made the reservation. But they said I wasn’t paid successfully. I paid again as I was too tired at that time. Then they refund my money a day after as they double checked the payment I made and told me that was successfully. Their night shift staff is extremely helpful.”

“Right next door to exhibition Center which is great. It’s a typical chinese 5 star hotel with 3 star level of service. The gym had one recumbent exercise bike that didn’t work with no upright bikes. The pool was full of kids having a swimming lesson when I wanted a swim after a long day. Room very nice though. ”

“AC was terrible. Sadly the staff are not happy and as a consequence don't show the normal attitude you see at every other Crowne Plaza ”
