“In realtà non era un hotel ma un residence, per cui si soggiornava in un appartamento, ampio, ben arredato. Il residence era di 3 piani, senza ascensore, per cui non comodo per le valigie. Comunque l'unico vero punto dolente era la distanza dal centro del residence.”

“Al check-in non volevano applicare la tariffa Expedia, abbiamo perso mezz'ora per sistemare le cose. Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato una receptionist molto competente e gentile che, chiamata dal collega ha risolto il problema. ”

“I would stay here again and i would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to find a nice hotel in a great location to everything. Customer service was excellent and the General Manager was extremely helpful and made sure our stay accommodated. The entire staff including cleaning crew made our stay amazing. This was our 4th time coming to Alaska and second time in Fairbanks! 10/10 if that was rating available!!!”

“No shuttle as advertised. Breakfast is only open to 9am. Hot breakfast consists of powered eggs and sausage. The entire hotel smells musty and dark. Photos don’t smell, and are not representative of reality. Black out curtains would work well if they were again the wall or window, but 4” away it allows in a lot of light. The window AC is in the window behind the curtains.”

“Struttura pulita e moderna. Camere comode e pulite. Un pochino fuori dalla Downtown, quindi è necessario prendere l’auto non avendo l’hotel il proprio ristorante. ”

“I’ve stayed in every large establishment in Fairbanks for decades and when I visit up North, I stay where you find the best and Sophie’s Station far surpasses the others hands down in comfort in restaurant and amenities. I’ve never had better accommodating staff. When you travel and want to enjoy as I do and you’re in Fairbanks Alaska look no further than Sophie’s Station. This is 45 years of traveling all over in Alaska alone. So pamper your self and relax at Sophie’s.”

“Camera piuttosto bella anche se alcune cose potrebbero essere migliorate come per esempio il letto forse troppo morbido e la zanzariera rotta che non è stata sistemata! Colazione discreta ma per gli standard europei forse un po' povera! Purtroppo la piccola spa non era disponibile perché in manutenzione! Nel complesso albergo molto bello e caratteristico un pò distante da downtown!”

“I spent two nights here and had a wonderful stay. The location by the river is beautiful and very peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was great, and I really enjoyed my time here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay in Fairbanks.”

“The picture that was part of the receipt I printed out had a charming Abby with church style arches not even close to what it really looks like… a hostel. You better be somewhat fit because there are Stairs and more stairs. The grounds were overgrown as well and it was in a crappy residential area. I do want to say the kitchen part was nice with a full size refrigerator so I guess this is the saving grace.”
