I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights in the annex building, which I highly recommend if, like me, you value your privacy. From start to finish, my stay was absolutely exceptional. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners on my first day, and they were incredibly accommodating and kind.
A special thanks to Giulia, Claudio, and Giacomo for going above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. They handled every one of my requests with care and professionalism, making me feel truly valued as a guest.
I did encounter an issue with the heating in my room, but the team quickly found a solution and resolved it right away. I’m so grateful for their responsiveness and dedication to making my stay as pleasant as possible.
Forever grateful for such a fantastic experience

"The hotel was ok but the room was too small for 3 people and was very much like a UK travel lodge, clean but basic. The main issue was the room was also far too hot, no air conditioning. It was disappointing that considering the views the rooms don’t have balconies, most of the others in the area ..."

"We booked a deluxe room for 3 people only to get there for the receptionist to tell us they only had a double room in the basement and there was no manager so they couldn’t do anything about it. Even after messaging the manager I never got a reply. The sauna was also out of order."

"It does not have a pool. The hotel is more expensive than normal because of having a pool and breakfast but the pool was dry! and the buffet breakfast ran out of items in half an hour. It is July and the pool was covered with a fabric and it did not look like it was under maintenance so I think they ..."
