“Stained sheets with bodily fluids and hair all over the bed sheets. Unclean shower and tub. Very old, stinky carpet that was rippled up and musty smelling. Breakfast was poor quality with limited choices to eat. Bring your own Lysol, Chlorax wipes, and shower shoes if you MUST stay here but I strongly suggest you go anywhere but here.”

“In general the stay was okay as other Best Westerns stayed at I’ve rated better. The air conditioner in the room was noisy as was some night light that made a flittering sound all night long. There was also a huge air space to the outside that made the room lighter and noisier at night. The staff was great and the room was clean.”

Later that night, the bathroom door was broken and locked my young son inside. After a few minutes, I was able to open it and free him. When we reported it to the front desk in the morning, Addi (phenomenal front desk agent) ensured that maintenance fixed it first thing. Within 15 mins, maintenance got it replaced. “The staff was FANTASTIC! The room looked good it was clean the beds were comfortable. We were getting the trash can out from under the sink and the biggest roach came out. We called down to the front desk they sent someone up to spray. The other issue was the bathroom door was a pocket door and the handle was ripped off. So the door would just slowly open on its own while you were using the bathroom or showering. We told the front desk and the said they could send someone up the next day. It was...

“You have to unload your suit case in front of the hotel. Then park your car down the block in a parking garage. Then you have a 5 minute walk back to the hotel. Though a courtyard where the homeless hangout, even more fun in the winter months. If you’re lucky you can share an elevator in the garage with somwho lives in it at night! And they charge you for this!!! There are better places in Ogden save your money go somewhere else.”
