“We had a great family ski holiday at Elements resort Zell am See. We had a 2 bed suite for 6 people (2 on a sofa bed) and all the beds were comfortable. The apartment was well equipped, clean and a great space for us to chill out and relax after a long day on the slopes. Our grandchildren particularly liked the swimming pool and wellness area. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food available.”

“Yes the stay was good. Central location. Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time. Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great. Thanks!”

“Das Zimmer war mehr als inakzeptabel. Es war der Switch (WLAN Verteiler) im Zimmer. Dieser hat durchgehend laut gebrummt, sodass es bei dem Lärm kaum möglich war zu schlafen. Zudem gab es keinen Verdunklungsvorhang, weshalb das Zimmer die gesamte Nacht hell erleuchtet war (direkt vor dem Zimmer befindet sich die Leuchtreklame des Hotels). Auch das Badezimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Duschkopf war mit dem Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens verbunden, damit überhaupt die Wasserzufuhr möglich ist.”

His suggestion not to rent a car and instead use the public transportation pass provided by the hotel was excellent and made getting around so easy and convenient. “Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...
