“Everything ran as it should and the hotel was nice and quiet. The staff were excellent and so nice. Everything was very clean. The bed itself was a bit of a stone tablet but the soft pillows made it bearable. The location was unbeatable as well. I do wish the hotel had more options for room service and restaurant onsite but the value for this great stay was worth it.”

“We had a very nice stay at the Best Western Laval. The staff were friendly and attentive. The morning breakfast buffet was very good. The pool area seemed a little run down though and was very crowded and loud on the weekends with hockey families. We were staying on Thursday & Sunday nights as well so it was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves on those nights!”

“Main room is too dark! Needs an overhead or wall light. Sensor lights in bathroom are not a good idea-you don’t want the lights coming on when someone uses the bathroom at night. We taped a facecloth over the switches and that worked. Gym was excellent. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.
