“For what we paid, we were pleased with the hotel. The pool is ok, breakfast was really good, choice of American or Tican. Plenty of juice and coffee (you could have multiple cups) The room was ok, clean. Well equipped, it had some shelving to unpack onto, which lots of places don’t have. Big fridge in the common kitchen to use. We didn’t use the common kitchen apart from to use the fridge and kettle.
Lots of wildlife about in the garden. It is next to a chicken farm though! But this didn’t...

“This is a B&B, not a hotel. They have 7 or 8 rooms and 2 parking places. The B&B is in a residential area, and the road is not paved. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. We stayed in a family room with full queen beds and bunk beds (no railing on the top bunk, so probably out for younger kids). The breakfast was simple but good. Because they only have 3 tables and they cook it fresh for you, you may not be able to eat since many people schedule tours for the morning and need to...

“My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel. The welcome that David and his family gave us was genuine Costa Rican hospitality. Everything was wonderful—the room with wooden furnishings and a terrace overlooking a spectacular view made the experience unique. The people are definitely what make this place special and your experience in Costa Rica unforgettable. Thank you, David, for the warm welcome and travel advice. My only regret is not staying longer at this hotel, but I will be back. Pura Vida!”

“The staff was very pleasant, and she did whatever she could. We booked a quadruple room, but we received an email from Nafre House stating that it was accidentally double-booked due to a system glitch. They promised to provide us with two double rooms side by side, at no additional cost. But that promise was not kept. Our rooms were far apart.
This hotel is a warehouse converted into a motel. We booked for two nights, but we were so pissed off that we decided to check out the very next morning....

"menu incluso limitato ad una unica combinazione, vedi foto. Yogurt…a pagamento 10$. Menu ristorante con prezzi per un piatto da 40-50$ in su. Struttura poco mantenuta. Personale poco collaborativo e tante carenze per una struttura tra le più care della zona. Mancanza asciugami per la piscina, capsule caffè in camera, sapone in bagno, ecc…peccato perchè potrebbe essere una struttura wow"
"The hotel and rooms were excellent, as was the restaurant and quality of food.
Why not 5 star rating? You can’t call yourself a thermal water hotel for which we pay a considerable pre"
"Hotel fantastico!!! E' la seconda volta che soggiono in questa bella struttura in mezzo alla foresta tropicale de la Fortuna, camere ampie e pulite, bagni molto comodi e puliti. Ma la cosa eccezionale sono le sue piscine idromassaggio con acqua termale calda in mezzo ai giardini tripicali!! Dopo un treking giornaliero attorno al vulcano Arenal rilassarsi in queste piscine e' top!!! Consiglio a tutti"
