Everything was wonderful—the room with wooden furnishings and a terrace overlooking a spectacular view made the experience unique. The people are definitely what make this place special and your experience in Costa Rica unforgettable. Thank you, David, for the warm welcome and travel advice. “Small but very comfortable”

“Rustic lodges in the trees, small family run property (only 4 lodges). Lovely owners, breakfast brought to your lodge each morning - eggs, toast, jam & fruit. Fridge, kettle and coffee maker in room. Although it isn't far to Monteverde you would need a car.”

“The room and property was overall great and so was the service. They cleaned every day and left beautiful arrangements with the towels. The adjoining restaurant was also excellent. However, I’m taking off two stars because the bathroom was not well maintained construction-wise. The floor was sinking so when you sat on the toilet, you were leaning into the shower. The sink was on a pedestal that came off the wall when I leaned on it to pick up something from the floor and the pipes made an awful...

“Very clean and cozy stay . Very close to all the restaurants and market in the downtown. 5-10 walk to most of the places . Very quite and free parking space front of the room .”
