“This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The front ‘desk’ is only open from 2pm to 10pm - just one very rude man hanging out key cards and unable/refusing to answer questions. For example the couple checking in before us asked where ‘old town Koblenz’ was, he answered, ‘dunno, I’m not from round here.’ When we reported the WiFi wasn’t working he shrugged his shoulders.
