Designed for your comfort, it also features a beautiful outdoor area with a garden and a covered terrace equipped with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying convivial meals throughout the summer.

Located close to the sea, Arès jetty and the beach, you can enjoy lovely swimming and moments of relaxation by the seaside. For the rest of the time, explore the region and let yourself be seduced by the many activities and landscapes awaiting you on site.



Upon arrival at the house, you will find a living area with a dining table, a television, a decorative stove and an open-plan kitchen. Fully equipped, it has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a Senseo coffee maker. Just next to it is a second living room with a lounge area, a larger dining table and access to the garden.



The house has 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: has a Queen Size bed (160/200)

Bedroom 2: has 2 single beds (90/190)

A comfortable double sofa bed is available if needed in the lounge.



A bathroom is also available with a separate WC. A laundry room is also accessible with a washing machine and an iron.



For parking, 1 private parking space in front of the house is available.
