Said the only reservations were online even though I was in the lobby with my family …and we had to have our teenager sleep with us. Also communication was poor about the valet. Nice facility but unorganized and not helpful for the price. We didn’t let it ruin our trip, but it was disappointing.”

“The hotel feels a little tired and understaffed. Three of the rooms we booked weren't available until gone 6pm. Breakfast was disappointing. One staff member most mornings for a busy room, with breakfast taking up to an hour. One morning, our breakfast just didn't appear. Location is good.”
