The apartment has a full bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a separate half-bath for added convenience. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, a sideboard, and access to the outdoors—ideal for enjoying meals with a group.
The cozy living room features two sofa beds, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large terrace, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a day exploring the Cantabrian coast.

Outside, there is a large shared garden with fruit trees (each of the two homes has its own portion of the garden and comes with its own barbecue, patio furniture, an outdoor dining table, and ample parking space on the property).
