Due camere matrimoniali, con ampi armadi a muro e biancheria da letto e coperte e ventilatori a soffitto.
Un bagno completo: WC, bidet, doccia, lavandino, due armadi, asciugacapelli, asciugamani. Soggiorno con terzina e sedia a dondolo, televisione con una moltitudine di canali satellitari, wifi gratuito, mobile bar e tavolo da pranzo per quattro persone.
Cucina attrezzata: piano cottura, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frigorifero, posate e stoviglie per sei persone, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, macchina per sandwich, spremiagrumi elettrico, mini pimmer, frullatore e tutto il necessario per cucinare.

Comfortable and convenient

We stayed a week in this apartment and had a great time. From beautiful ocean views to welcoming hosts, this was an excellent place to stay. It was perfectly set up for four people with all the amenities we needed for cooking/hanging out. In addition, it's conveniently located in El Poris, a short walk to the beach, cafes, and supermarkets.

Well equipped apartment with beautiful terrace

Overall nice apartment though a bit farther from the sea than expected. Very well equipped kitchen and big terrace with dining table and sun chairs. Beds were not really comfortable and shower needs a fix.

Wunderschön

Unsere Aufenthalt mit 2 Kleinkindern war sehr schön. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als etwas kaputt war, wurde es sofort gerichtet. Die Vermieterin stand jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum.

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was es braucht für einen schönen Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und der Küche ist großartig, es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Wer runter zum Strand will und wieder hoch sollte gut im Treppen steigen sein. Es gibt zwei kleine Supermärkte in der Umgebung, wer aber frische Ware haben will, sollte ins Auto oder den Bus steigen um in den größeren Supermärkten einkaufen zu fahren (etwa 10-15 Min mit dem Auto). Wir haben uns in der Wohnung rundum wohl gefühlt und würden sie jedem (max 4 Personen) sehr empfehlen.

Nettes Apartment bei NO-Wind

Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit einen tollen Blick über Paris de Abona zum Meer. Ausgelegt ist das Apartment für 4 Personen. Das sollten unserer Meinung nach 2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder sein. Anders wird es doch im Apartment sehr eng. Die TF 1 ist doch sehr nah. Das hat den Vorteil, dass man schnell zu anderen Orten kommt . Aber auch den Nachteil, dass bei West-Wind die LKWs geräuschmäßig durchs Schlafzimmer fahren. Alles im Allen, habe wir die 14 Tage genossen!

Wir wurden nett und absprachegemäß von Miguel empfangen, der uns die Wohnung gezeigt und übergeben hat. Unsere Gastgeber Cristina und Miguel waren jederzeit für uns da und haben uns bei Rückfragen schnell geantwortet und geholfen. Die Wohnung liegt in dem kleinen Fischerdorf El Poris in einer ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung ist bestens für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet und liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Cette location est située à mi-chemin des différents centres d'intérêt de l'île, et à 2 minutes de l'autoroute. Avec une vue sur la mer, l'appartement est très propre, et parfaitement équipé; il ne manque rien. Pas de nuisances, une supérette à 200 mètres, une jolie plage tout près, parfait pour une semaine de vacances à Tenerife.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, guter Lage und schöner Aussicht

ein gemütlicher Ort mit wenig Hektik. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön (auch wenn mitten im Ort ein hässlicher Betonbau steht). Die Anlage ist ruhig und sehr gut gepflegt - man vermisst nichts. Der eigentliche Ort ist über eine Treppe in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut - ca eine Minute bis zur Autobahn TF1. Sie kann zwar von der Wohnung aus gesehen werden, gehört wird sie kaum. Der gut sortierte Supermarkt ist etwa 500 Meter entfernt und die ganze Woche bis Abends geöffnet. Sonntags vormittags gibt es im Ort einen kleinen Bauernmarkt mit frischen Produkten direkt vom Hersteller. Immer schön ist ein Abend-/Morgenspaziergang auf der Promenade des Ortes. Restaurants gibt es im Ort keine - allenfalls zwei Bars an der Promenade. Bademöglichkeiten gibt es direkt im Ort (ca. 5 Minuten über eine Treppe: Sandstand und Felsanlage mit Leitern am alten Fischereisteg) und ca. 2 km entfernt an einem Sandstrand mit sehr schönen Wellen (für Kinder und Surfanfänge sehr zu empfehlen). Wir (Eltern mit Kindern im Alter von 7 und 12 Jahren) können den Aufenthalt nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war absolut problemlos - Christina spricht ein sehr gutes Englisch. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter.

Basis-Unterkunft für alle die gerne Ausflüge machen, Achtung versteckte Kosten!

Das Apartement ist für den Preis zweckmäßig und angemessen eingerichtet. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung (nicht klinisch rein, aber sauber). Es gab einen Obstkorb zur Begrüßung. Die Lage ist gut, innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man am Strand und ein Supermarkt befindet sich um die Ecke. Wer keine 80 Treppenstufen gehen möchte, muss jedoch einen Umweg von ca. 10 Minuten laufen. Parken ist auch kein Problem. Der Ort ist ein kleines Nest, wenig touristisch mit einigen Anlaufstellen zum Essen und hat gut zu uns gepasst. Worüber wir uns ehrlich geärgert haben, sind die folgenden beiden Dinge: 1. Bei der Reservierungsanfrage wird nicht die Anzahl der Übernachtungsgäste berücksichtigt. Das bedeutet nach meiner Anfrage, schrieb Cristina mir eine Nachricht und teilte mir mit, dass der Preis bei einer Belegung mit 4 Personen höher sei, sie mir aber 50% Rabatt auf die Zusatzkosten geben würde und wir hoffentlich mit diesen Konditionen einverstanden seien. Verstehe ich nicht - will man in der Suchliste als günstigster ganz oben stehen, am Ende ist es aber doch teurer?! Wir haben uns aufgrund der guten Bewertungen dann dennoch dafür entschieden. 2. Nicht Cristina hat das Apartement übergeben, sondern ihr Mann. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch war sehr schwierig. Dadurch entstanden einige Missverständnisse u.a. bei der Rückgabe der Wohnung: Das Plastik der Liegestühle auf dem Balkon war bereits gesplittert, die Liegeflächen ausgefranst und starke Beanspruchung zu erkennen. Auf dem Stuhl wurde keine Party gefeiert o.ä. sondern einfach gesessen. Dabei brach das Plastik eines Stuhls und die Kaution wurde um die Hälfte reduziert, da die Stühle angeblich neu waren (interessanter Zustand für "neue" Stühle). Kritisch daran ist die Vorgehensweise: Es gab keine Info über den Abzug, auf meine Rückfrage hin wie ein neuer Stuhl so einfach brechen kann, brach die Kommunikation ab. Fazit: Basis-Unterkunft mit guter Lage, wir waren beim Buchungspreis kulant, die Vermieterin bei der Kaution jedoch nicht! Ich war bei der Sternvergabe etwas hin und hergerissen, Die Fakten sprechen für 4 Sterne, die Emotionen für 2 - so ergeben sich wohlwollend 3 Sterne.

A beautiful house!

The house was beautiful, very clean and the furnishment very good and comfortable. Every morning we've done our breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful view on the ocean and the lighthouse. There is a wonderful swimminpool, we used it every evening to relax. Christina and her husband are very friendly and warm-hearted. When we arrived there was a basket full with fruits for us. Thank you, Christina, for this wonderful accommodation!

Hochwertige grosse Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage mit Meerblick

Wir waren das 2. Mal in Poris De Abona , einem kleinen einheimischen Dorf an der immer sonnigen Ostküste. Während der Norden und Westen fast immer wolkenverhangen sind, schien hier immer die Sonne. Die Wohnung liegt am Hang in einem neugebauten Apartmentkomplex mit Kinder- und Erwachsenenpool. Der Sandstrand und der Supermarkt sind zu Fuß über einige Treppen in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und komplett, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, deutsche TV Programme etc eingerichtet und bietet einen sehr großen Balkon auf dem wir von Sonnenaufgang bis fast Sonnenuntergang Sonne hatten. Aufgrund der Ausrichtung des Balkons hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Dorf und das Meer und sitzt auch bei stärkerem Passatwind gut windgeschützt. Die Wohnung war sauber und wir wurden durch die Vermieter Christina und Miguel liebevoll empfangen und begleitet. Aufgrund der Nähe der Wohnung zur Autobahn hört man diese bei seltener Südwind Wetterlage, insbesondere nachts, so dass man dann besser mit geschlossenem Fenster und ggfls mit vorhandenem Deckenventilator schläft. Wir werden diese Wohnung unseren Freunden empfehlen und auch selbst gerne wieder mieten. Vielen Dank an Christina und Miguel

Very nice stay in a relaxed surrounding.

We had a very nice stay in the month of February, 2018. Due to the great care of Cristina and partner, we felt more than welcome. They took care that there were fruits and drinks when we arrived early evening. It was also great that the supermarket was open till 21:30. The apartment was very well equipped; really everything that one could need, was available. The TV had only local and german channels. but thanks to the good wifi, we could follow dutch tv through the internet on the iPad. We really loved our stay in this very nice and clean apartment and specially the big terras is beautiful for sunlovers.

Lovely apartment in a really quiet little village

First of all , the owners Cristina and Miguel are really nice and helpfull with everything you ask them. You get a real warm welcome from them with drinks in the fridge and fruit in the bowl and a big botte of water so you can unpack and sit down first before you have to rush of to the supermarket ( which is open everyday) The apartment is nice and it has everything you need and more. The view from the terrace is great , you overlook the ocean and the little village. There are 2 restaurants , one is really small and by the sea. When you want to be away from the tourist area's this is the place to be. You do need a car so you can explore the surroundings and Tenerife. We liked it there so much that we have made a New booking already for 2019 even before we left their apartment. Ian & Elly The Netherlands.

Détente et repos assuré

L'appartement de Christina est très bien équipé,la terrasse permet de se délecter des levers de soleil et de passer de bons moments en fin de journée.L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir l'ile et ceci sans les barres d'hotel et la foule qui les acompagnent... En bref nous avons passé une une semaine idyllique en famille,l'adresse est à retenir!!

Very nice apartment, perfect for a family holiday

We (two adults, and two kids aged 7 and 4) thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks stay in this apartment! Cristina and her husband were extremely helpful and gave us a warm welcome. Even the fridge was filled with drinks and a bowl of fruits was prepared for us. Everything you need is in the apartment with basics like oil, vinegar, herbs etc. very helpful for first day - and not something I've seen in all holiday apartments and we loved having a dishwasher and separate terrace for laundry ! Beds were very comfy and everything was clean. We enjoyed the huge terrace with amazing views of the ocean. Five minutes walk to the beach, with amazing snorkeling opportunities. Anyone with walking difficulties should be aware that the village is steep, but if you have a car, parking at sea level is no problem. We would anyway highly recommend to rent a car to discover the island . The village is extremely friendly, small and has basically everything you need. There are two supermarkets close to the apartment . But there are only a few opportunities to have lunch or dinner and the better ones are most of the time crowded (as Cafe al Mar). WIFI was very good and we had no connection problems. TV did not bother us at all as we enjoyed the terrace every evening as this is something we don't have at home. Poris and this apartment were perfect for us to get away from our daily routines. Within the apartment block, other visitors or residents were seldom heard and it was never intrusive. The neighbours were very friendly and helpful and even offered to bring us and our smaller daughter to a doctor when she had a small injury. The pool was not crowded even during peak time in the afternoon. We would like to thank Cristina and her husband for our nice holidays.

gemütliches Appartement

Ich durfte eine Woche in diesem schönen Appartement verbringn. Das Wetter meinte es gut mit mir: ich konnte den ganzen Tag an der frischen Luft verbringen. Dafür war die wunderbare Terasse bestens geeignet: die Mahlzeiten konnte ich an dem grossen Tisch zu mir nehmen, relaxen in den gemütlichen Sesseln. Es fehlte an Nichts. Der Ort ist auch bestens für Erholungssuchende geeignet.

Superbe sejour

Cristina est une hôtesse attentionnée qui vous fait vous sentir comme chez vous. L'appartement est magnifique, bien équipé, bien décoré et la literie y est excellente. Les matelas sont neufs et de très bonne qualité. l'appartement et la terrasse sont très propres. La terrasse est agréable, intime et joliment meublée. La vue sur mer est époustouflante. Les deux piscines sont très jolies et très propres. Le village est calme pour ceux qui n'aiment pas l'agitation des stations balnéaires du sud. Par contre, proche de tout en voiture. En bref, la location idéale pour des vacances au calme à Tenerife.
