“Bedsheets were NOT changed from previous guest STAY . AND I WAS ASSIGNED THAT DIRTY ROOM and bathroom DOORS WALLS WERE FILTY. SHOWER DRAINS PLUGGED UP.”

“The service at this property has been extremely disappointing. They currently have one manager handling both Fairfield and Four Points Sheraton, which has resulted in the food service being combined—breakfast at the Four Points building and dinner at the Fairfield building. Because of this, the restaurant areas are poorly maintained; tables are often left unclean, and guests are made to wait just to be seated. There are clearly staffing and/or training issues. I ordered dinner around 5:00 PM...

“Carpets were dirty with many stains. Room had a bad odour. Windows glass pane was dirty. TV remote had missing cover for battery and keys not readable. Room service replaced it.Reception said they would change room but alternate rooms same condition. Food at restaurant was very good. Service at restaurant was excellent.”

“The place is not worth the money. Their website photographs and actual state is very very different. The linen are with holes. Bathroom is stained bcos of hard water. Hot water is not available early in the morning. Room doesn't have coffee kettle set. I had to ask and then got a kettle without tea coffee sachets. Overall keep this as your last option. ”

“Outstanding hotel. Highly recommend. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are super clean and kept tidy kudos to the house keeping staff. And breakfast buffet is something to worth for in morning ”

“Really disappointed.. room and washroom were not properly cleaned. There was hole in the roof of the Washroom.. my wife got panicked and hadn't a bath. Washroom needs to clean and maintain property. Airport shuttle was fine..”
