“The pool was really nice and new, the bedrooms were spacious and clean, the bathrooms needs to be updated, it’s moldy and the floors are dirty, the kitchen is old, the cabinets are old and the cabinet doors don’t close, some of the cups are chipped, kitchen knives too old and the bath towels are too thin”

“Rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was served in the morning, and service was a little slow. Some dishes were okay, but limited options, and you had to choose what time to dine, which was surprising given that service was slow.”

“Excellent resort with a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and have good air conditioning. The beach access is highly convenient, and or children loved the safe and friendly confines of the resort. Can't say enough about the great staff and excellent chef!! “This is a great location to stay at if you are headed to La Union. Aureo is super close to being a 5 star review, they were just missing the little details that separate from "Good" to "Excellent". We had to ask for several items in our room that are basics (slippers, body soap, shampoo, extra towels). Once asked for, the staff responded immediately however we should not have had to ask for those things when booking a villa suite. Property is well maintained however there are still areas...
