“Bello dormire dentro il parco”

“Small hotel that had been recently remodeled and upgraded. We stayed in room 163. The room was exceptionally clean, and the parking was very easy to access. It was a good location, right off 40 at the Grand Canyon entrance. The staff was very kind. The view from the room would be my only negative comment, as it faced a back wall to another building.”

“Sent us to wrong address 2 hrs away, then once we called for what we booked they sent us to a dirty room with bugs inside it, false advertising no trees or woods anywhere. No one ever got back or replied we immediately left.”

“We stayed five nights leading up to July 4th, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room (3311) was very roomy, very nicely furnished, and the amenities were top notch. We really appreciated the Kuerig machine and coffee pods that were provided. We used the fitness room several times (very nice!). The pool and hot tub looked inviting but we didn’t have tike to use it with all our sight-seeing. We aren’t big gamblers so we didn’t spend time in the casino, but we walked through there a couple of...

“This was the 3rd time I’ve stayed at property. Check in was a pain. Jackie at the front desk was rude. I booked a 1 bedroom unit and ended up getting a one bedroom studio. There was black mold in the shower. The carpets were sticky. E203 was our unit. My other 2 stays were great and we had great one bedroom room with a large double sink, nice shower.”

Comoda la lavanderia con asciugatrice (3 dollari in tutto piu un dollaro per il detersivo. Bella la piscina con asciugamani disponibili e sedia per supporto disabili. “This was an extremely large room with a balcony! Who has a balcony nowadays. The balcony is large enough for several chairs although I only had two The Halls weThe Halls were relatively long that meant that the rooms wrote big so I had no complaints about that. In addition to The balcony was a magnificent view of the Foothills. I just asked for a view from the back. It'll be my go-to hotel when I'm back in Prescott”

“All’arrivo in hotel abbiamo scoperto che eravamo stati trasferiti ad un’altra struttura (senza ben precisare il motivo, nè anticiparci la cosa via telefono/email/altro): il nuovo resort, pur essendo della medesima classificazione, si trova dall’altro lato della città (lontano da dove volevamo stare), manca di svariati servizi e non è nelle stesse condizioni di manutenzione. Avremmo apprezzato un preavviso con magari una proposta di rimborso o la scelta tra 2 strutture!”
