“I had a hard time with the smell of a Pine-sol type of cleaning product that was used. A bit overwhelming to the senses. Otherwise fine. First time using a computerized desk person. That was interesting, but worked fine. ”

“The hotel is under renovation, very dirty parking lot with construction materials in the nack lot, found screws near our vehicle tires. NO towel racks in the bathroom, no extra towels - had to ask for more, and they charged us $50 for "incidentals" which we did not use and now have to wait 3 to 5 days for refund! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST QUALITY INN EVER- this place should NOT HAVE the "Quality" brand, disgrace to the name!”
