“Very clean, very quiet. The bed was a little springy because of the cheap bedframe, but ok. One traffic light away from the 202 Loop. The front desk was very helpful with check-in and recommendations on things to do and places to eat in the area. Shopping, Restaurants and entertainment all less than 5 minutes away. One of the newer properties in the area. This was a pleasant stay for business.”

You can either rent or purchase your own cooking utensils, iron/ironing board, etc. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment were all less than a 5 minute drive away. Access to the 202 Loop, was one short traffic light away. A good short-term stay option for business.”

“My favorite priorities are cleanliness and laundry facilities in the hotel because the week plus staying. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel however they are very good compared to the other hotels. Also l like a smaller hotel than the bigger. The Hotel location is nice surrounding and convenient to all around Phoenix. They are excellent overall and service personnel were friendly and respectful. I would go back again.”

“If you're staying for business STAY AWAY! Just spend an extra 20-25$ and stay some where else. Had people next door blasting music and drinking till 12pm on a Tuesday going in and out from multiple rooms they would let the door just slam all day and night. Told the office, they said they would try to call. Turned it down for about 15 min, but later it would be back to loud music and yelling. If you stay in the lobby for 15-30 minutes you'll people with obvious drug problems going in and out of...

“My week stay was very pleasant, I had an excellent room that was very quite and clean. I also enjoyed my meals downstairs at the bar and restaurant, the staff were very friendly, helpful and warm. Would love to highlight the girl at the front desk, John in the bar/restaurant and the young man who worked during the breakfast shift!”

“We liked almost everything about this hotel. We stay there every time we go to AZ. It has everything anyone needs. Location, cleanliness, etc. Rooms are big and very clean. The one and only thing that we didn't like was that you have to pay for parking. That was new and might make me look for another hotel. “This is a very good hotel, clean and newly remodeled (possibly within the last year or so). There is nothing special in no pool or hot tub. It's a very good basic hotel.”
