“Room was clean, had a recliner and office chair in room with the bed. Had a full sized refrigerator, cupboards and drawers and 2 pan hot plate along with a kitchen sink and microwave. You have to ask the desk for plates and silverware ware. I loved having a grab and go breakfast. Staff was great and I felt safe with the room and parking. All my needs were covered I would stay there again.”

“The room was nice, it was simple. The bed was a mattress on a metal frame, it was a little tough. Our room smelt bad when we first got into it (like burnt popcorn) but we opened the window and aired it out. The bathroom was a bit dirty, looked like someone had taken a shower and the hard water was still on the walls and hardware. The toilet seat was broken. Not big deal breakers, just little things. I feel 3 stars is fair - it was an average room for the cost.”

“We loved this place so much, we wish we stayed here sooner since we booked it after needing a hotel transfer for the last day of our visit. The staff was so incredibly sweet and super helpful. The rooms were super clean, and it was fairly spacious. We always love the kitchen features since it adds to the homey vibes. Parking is super simple (and free) and the hotel is located in a quiet and safe area only a few minutes from the mall. The bed was also super comfy and the room had a lot of outlets...

“I was unable to sleep during my stay because the beds were in very poor condition! they were lumpy and noticeably slanted instead of level. It is very concerning that beds like this are provided in an accessible room, as guests with disabilities need proper support and stability., after this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again. Despite that, the staff was amazing, but unfortunately the condition of the room especially the beds was very disappointing.”

“I wish they had clean the room when we were away all they did was just give us clean towels and that's it and the toilet was acting up kept over flowing when flushed, called front desk all they did was leave a plunger at the front door my wife had to find another bathroom outside the room to use But the man the work the front desk when we arrive he is such a asset to the hotel he sang happy birthday to my wife wish made her so happy he did his job well.”
