“I stayed in this hotel for three nights on a recent visit to Phoenix. The room and bath were both clean and well-kept. The A/C worked well, which was especially important since Phoenix was experiencing record high temps for this time of year. I didn't have to use the kitchenette much, but it was nice to have. “The bed was very comfortable, but I was on the side next to the road and the window doesn’t seal well at all. The road noise is so loud, the first night I kept checking to see if the window was somehow open. The room was pretty clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. “The air conditioner worked awesome and the counter staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself could use some upgrades especially the door, the security latch didn't work which prompted me to put the nightstand and a chair and my suitcase against the door for security. The hallways were very dark which made it feel unsafe walking to and from our room. ”

“Avoid this place! It is a transition housing for homeless. The place is absolutely disgusting. They didn't wash sheets, didn't clean the toilet for who who knows how long. It is being changed to a Super 8 but no way they gonna help this place! Meth capital of the area. Pool hasn't been active in at least a year.
