“The room was clean, staff was very nice. The lights outside the room window was very bright at night, could use some extra curtains on the the sides of the blinds to help keep some of the light out while trying to sleep at night.”

“The staff were very friendly and the property itself was easy to get to, clean and felt safe. The housekeeping staff could clean better though. We had a coffee stain on our fitted sheet and mattress our first night. They replaced the sheet once we asked but don’t even attempt to clean the mattress. The smell was pretty strong when we laid down. The corners of our bathroom were pretty gross too, behind the doors. You could tell the hadn’t been cleaned in a while and had hair in the corners. ”

“Very clean room. Lots of extras. Excellent breakfast with many choices! So convenient to Ark. Rooms are small but that's why they call it micro. If you just want a basic room, decent pillows which can be hard to find, this is for you. And no construction workers slamming doors when they leave at 3am. Very pleased.”

“The only issue was they was remodeling and there was enough seats in the breakfast area but that’s only temporary.”

“Rooms were clean and the beds were average. Could use coat hangers in the rooms. Check in was awkward.”

“This was a very spacious home and had lots of room for all of our family to enjoy. It was very clean with lots of extra sheets. It was very pretty and well maintained on the outside. However, we had issues with the freezer, ice maker, and air conditioner. The freezer wasnt keeping anything frozen. The ice maker worked when we first came there, but then it stopped. The air conditioning was set at 75 but it couldnt keep the hosue cool. It got up to 80 in the house during the day. We reached out to...
