“Staff was not very friendly and it took a couple of times calling on the phone to get information because a child was playing with the phone. There was no swimming pool and the information needs to be updated on Expedia. We requested a downstairs room because my husband recently had back surgery and I was traveling with my 83 year old mother who has mobility issues. I notified them on Monday via email I needed a downstairs room and we didn’t check in until Friday. They had four days to respond...

“There was glasses or water jeg kept. Tv table dusty. Patio furnitures are old and not clean. There was no facility to keep our bags and no hangers. Laundry bag not kept. Shower knob was very hard to turn. Sofa was torn in couple of places. No cleaning clothes kept in kitchen. These are small but matters. Otherwise stay was good.”

“The room appeared ok when we first got there. Then I noticed there were stains on the comforter and the linen seemed dingy and old. I went to buy my own pillow cases/sheets because I did not want to sleep on those pillow cases and sheets. “This hotel is by far the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. I booked a room for the 4th of july weeend. I expected some noise.But at 1 am I decidedc to leave my first night there. when I walked to the office to inform them I was leaving to go stay swomewhere quieter.
