Hotel con piscina a Arkdale

“The room was clean but was not as advertised. The room was supposed to have a couch but there was no couch in the room. Instead, there was just a chair placed where the couch should have been. There was a hole the size of a fist in the carpet in the room and the toilet seat was extremely loose upon arriving. I did contact the front desk and they went up and fixed the toilet seat. For the price that they advertised the room for, for one night it was not worth the cost. It needs better...

“There were multiple breakfast items. Breakfast area was very clean. Air conditioning kept the room clean.”

“I liked the king and queen bed. The bathroom is very small. The breakfast was just ok. The coffee was luke warm.”

“The staff was nice and that’s it. The room smelled like smoke and mold. There was mold in the shower. No soap at either sink or the shower. I’m glad I had shower gel. WiFi wasn’t great either. Ice machine was inconvenient. Th room was big.”

“One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Very clean and spacious rooms. Free breakfast and good waffles. Coffee ready anytime. Really pleasant. Great experience.”

“Everything was filthy, entrance 6 had a horrid smell you had to hold your breath to walk though. Bed had crumbs and dog hair. There was womans underwear left behind from previous occupant. Rooms smelled like mold, when they came to change the sheets the owners wife and daughter came and looked visibly upset. The pool was dirty, the hot tub had visible floating dead skin cells. When it was time for breakfast there was not much to pick from not enough for the people that showed up for it.”

“This hotel was terrible! We didn't even stay. We got to the room and found bedbugs that we could see crawling on the top of the bed! There was also stuff on the walls that looked disgusting and a dirty washcloth! STAY AWAY!!”
