“I want to give a shoutout to Ramona, who worked in the breakfast area. She was unfailingly helpful, friendly, and courteous. On our last morning I was feeling unwell and she took note of that, went out of her way to ask how i was (it was just tiredness plus serious pollen that day so a very bad allergy day) and got me a lovely cup of tea. Hyatt is lucky to have her”
