“Meh. This property needs some love. Worn carpets, front door on the fritz, leaky ceiling in the breakfast area, broken Nespresso machine, ice maker not working. The buffet was pretty sad - lukewarm coffee, waffles that were barely edible, and just generally not worth the price. I’ve stayed at the other AC Mariott in Somerville and it was MUCH better. Likely won’t book again. On the upside, it’s located next to a lovely walking path. ”

“I will NEVER book a room with this hotel or any other hotel with Expedia. I made a mistake with the dates on my reservation and went back into the system to change it in less than five minutes. I needed the following weekend, but unfortunately the hotel did not have any rooms available that weekend. So I went to cancel my reservation through Expedia - all within 10 minutes of making my initial reservation - and I got a note back from them saying that they would try to get a partial refund of...

“Parking was easy and secure.Room service should be made routine every 2 days and a microwave oven in the room would have been a ÷. Otherwise comfortable ”

“The stay at Hyatt House was great as usual. The reception staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful especially Christina! We were very grateful to be able to transition to this second room first thing in the morning instead of having to wait until the normal 3pm check in time. Only disappointment was that there was no oven although photos on both Expedia and the hotel website show a full stove and oven for the 1 bedroom queen accessible room.”

“Love the location! This choice is highly walkable and is right next to the Charles River and its network of beautiful walking trails. I had not stayed before but note the front desk is attended in the afternoon and evening but not in the morning. The management makes everything work very smoothly and I was not inconvenienced by this. There is a phone number to call if you arrive before the normal check in. ”

Hanno preteso una carta di credito fisica nonostante avessimo già fornito una in fase di prenotazione su Expedia e, sbagliando, ci hanno anche addebitato due volte il costo della camera. “Rispetto al centro è un po’ decentrato ma comunque vicino a diversi mezzi pubblici che permettono di spostarsi con semplicità. Struttura nuova e pulita. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno consegnato un buono da 25 dollari da spendere per la colazione o in prodotti che sono disponibili nella hall dell’albergo”
