“Avevo prenotato e pagato anticipatamente un appartamento in centro città per 4 persone. Invio SMS, messaggi wattsup e infini chiamo per avvisare del mio arrivo al luogo indicato. Attendo 80 minuti e poi scopro che quanto prenotato non è disponibile e mi si offre una camera 2,5x2,5, giusto lo spazio del letto, in un seminterrato senza finestre e con il bagno esterno. Alle mie vivaci proteste mi viene detto di annullare la prenotazione e farmi rimborsare. Provo a contattare Hotels ma i tempi di...

“Everything is good, nice budget hotel ”

“Irina was the absolute perfect host and looked after us extremely well. Our room was lovely and cosy and we had breakfast and dinner with her which was served in her own lounge! The food was home cooked and delicious and we loved listening to Irina's tales of how the town used to be. An exceptional host and we wish we could have stayed longer.”
