Guest house in Armenia

“At first I was taken aback by what I booked, I hadn't done any research on the area or the property. It's in a sort of remote village, there's a nearby supermarket. I recommend getting your own snacks and drinks before getting there as the walk to the market isn't mostly flat. The place is basically a farmhouse, super cozy and has a classic, simple vibe. The room was basic, comfortable bed, a desk, no AC (the area is somewhat cold), but a fan was provided. You get basic toiletries but the...

“Absolutely wonderful guesthouse. It’s straight in the heart of the Armenian countryside, close to some famous monasteries and high alpine. It had beautiful and calming nature all around, complete with a rickety farm road to get to it (drive carefully!) Big plus for some excellent food, all homemade and local. After a week in Armenia this was our best dinner so far. Ample room to stay out on the porch, in the social space or in the spacey garden. Looked like they had a pool coming along...
